White Stripe and yellow stripe Maroon Clown - Premnas biaculeatus
Also known as: Maroon Anemonefish, Spinecheek anemonefish, Maroon (White Stripe)

Maximum Size: the Premnas biaculeatus grows up to 6 inches.
General Size Specifications: The small size is generally ¾ to 1¼ inches; the medium generally 1¼ to 2½ inches; the large generally 2½ to 4 inches.
Minimum Tank Size: The White Stripe Maroon Clown prefers a tank of at least 30 gallons with plenty of places to hide & swim.
Diet: The Premnas biaculeatus is a omnivore and likes to eat variety of foods (meats & veggies).
Level of Care: The White Stripe and yellow stripe Maroon Clown is a low maintenance fish.
Behavior: The White Stripe and yellow stripe Maroon Clown may act aggressively toward other fish.
Breeding: Able to breed.
Water Conditions: Keep water quality high (SG 1.020 - 1.025, pH 8.1 - 8.4, Temp. 72 - 78° F).
Range: Indo-Pacific.
General Notes: Lives symbiotically with the bubble tip anemone (Entacmaea quadricolor). Agressive against other clownfish. Clownfishes have everything going for them as aquarium specimens. They're hardy, behaviourally interesting, colorful, do well on all types of foods, & if you start with healthy specimens and meet their habitat requirements, they're human-responsive and long-lived.

Minimum Tank Size: The Scooter Dragonet / Blenny prefers a tank of at least 40 gallons with plenty of places to hide and swim.
Diet: The Synchiropus ocellatus is a carnivore and likes to eat live copepods and other small difficult to see plankton size invertebrate life. May be taught to eat prepared foods with time and patience but is very difficult to do so..
level of Care: The Scooter Dragonet / Blenny is a high maintenance fish.
Behavior: The Scooter Dragonet / Blenny may act peacefully toward other fish.

Range: Western Pacific to southern Japan to the Marquesas Islands.
